Start in the shower by applying body scrub to damp skin using gentle circular motions, then rinse thoroughly (use 2-3 times per week only). Next, wet hair and massage shampoo into your scalp, rinse completely, then apply conditioner from mid-length to ends of hair and let sit for 2-3 minutes before rinsing. Follow with body wash applied all over using a washcloth or loofah, creating a rich lather before rinsing. Finish by patting dry with a towel and applying moisturizer to damp skin. Use shampoo, conditioner, and body wash daily as needed, but limit body scrub to every other day to avoid over-exfoliation.
